How can i transfer money to my liberty reserve account?

Hello friends, i am Murthy from Bangalore, India. I want to fund (deposit) my Liberty Reserve account, but it seems there is no option to make direct funds from bank. In LR website it was mentioned that i have to meet exchangers, i don’t know who are they and how to approach them. Please if any experts see this quetion, give me answer in details, that would be very useful for me.
