how to re-enable audio that Warner Music Group disabled (100% legal)

it works, i have proof, and its 100% legal ATTENTION YOUTUBERS: this “fair use” law no longer works for UMG (Universal Music Group). If you have a video disabled by UMG, there is NO WAY around this. If your video is disabled by UMG you will need to remove it, and my advice is to send a complaint to Universal at their youtube channel, youtube.com/universalmusicgroup. This fair use law seems to not be working much for even Warner Music Group anymore, i have heard it depends on the song. So …
