Is Pres el Obama willing to support a U.S. Sovereignty Act to win trust of American voters?

Phyllis Shafley says Obama is in favor of the Law of the Seas Treaty that would compromise American Sovereignty and give power to tax to United Nations and outside entities. Our tax dollars belong to Americans for American use, not world distribution. Is he willing to support that premise?
