It seems like simple psychology that if yu take a people as slaves and force them into ignorance by making laws which forbid teaching them, soon they will be ignorant and breed children into the same ignorance.
I have long thought that the black psyche, for the most part, in america, has been an animal created deliberately by the american government. The result is a HIGHER percentage of blacks who seem to have regressed to simple animal instinct. In a country that does and has done numerous psychological tests on animals and mankind, to say the previous actions the US government has taken to destroy the black mind just came about by happenstance or genetic inferiority, is laughable and obviously rediculous with the amount of knowledge we have.
I honestly feel the US government is liable for all the damage done to this people. And liable for giving them the means to both destroy themselves today and not giving them the tools needed, in proper public education, as a cure.

No1Familiar- You use the logic that as long as parents keep educating their children they are oppressed, they will stay that way.
