The law’s the law: Obama is not a natural born citizen b/c his father’s Kenyan and his mother was only 18, so

why is he running? Why is he flaunting American laws?

He does not meet the legal definition of a natural born citizen because his mother would have had to have been 21 for him to be a natural born citizen since she was the sole American parent. It doesn’t matter that she’s from Kansas, or when Hawaii became a state, none of that.
By law, as the sole American parent, she would have had to have been a US citizen for 10 years, 5 years of which were after the age of 16, to qualify her offspring as natural born Americans.
The law is very specific, and there is precedent.

At the time of his birth, the law specifically outlined that if only one parent was an American, they had to have lived here for a sufficient amount of time.
Get wise! The laws surrounding his birth were the ones in place at the time of his birth.
